Favourable location in the communal garden, excellent staff, everything was fine. The room we had was cheap and extremely spacious with a double bed for free, bedroom. Loved our stay in this hotel...

The budget double room was small but so cozy, perfect for what I needed. The staff were accommodating. It's only a 2-minute walk from the train station, and that lovely cat, lilly, was the cherry on top!

secure access, convenient location, nearby shops
The shared bathroom situation was quite uncomfortable!!! It would be nice if they addressed the cleanliness of the garden furniture and offered a bit more in the way of toiletries!!! It's all a bit dated and needs a refresh!!!

great access to parks and local markets for weekend adventures
I loved how I could easily stroll to Clissold Park in just over a 25-minute walk and enjoy the beautiful greenery, while the vibrant Seven Sisters Indoor Market was only about a 15-minute walk away for some local flavors. The cozy vibe of the place.

Oh mate, the food scene nearby is bangin'! You've got Pizza Phiroza for a cheeky slice just down the road and Namaaste Highgate for some epic Indian grub. Plus, Jeff at the hotel was a real gem, cute us with a smile and showing us to our tidy room, complete with tea and coffee. The communal kitchen was great for anyone wanting to whip up a meal!

This hotel is really great for familes. It was super close to buses and overground trains, made gettin around london easy. There's also a lovely garden out back where we had breakfast, perfect for chillin. Beds were comfy and the staff was friendly, seemed like they really cared about us having a good stay. It was just a pleasant experience!
The room could've been a bit cooler at night, we had to sleep with the window open. The walls were kinda thin, heard some noise from other guests.

Great for budget travelers
I found the beds to be super comfy and even had tea and coffee essentials waiting in the room. The local cat in the garden was like a furry little companion, purring and chilling with us during the mornings.
It wasn't exactly cheap but you know what they say, you get what you pay for.

Comfortable stay with a friendly cat
We enjoyed a pleasant stay, with a clean budget double room that provided all the basics, including tea and coffee. The location was convenient, with a bus stop just a couple of minutes away. One unexpected highlight was the lovely backyard where we spent some time with a friendly local cat. I wish the check-in process had been a bit more engaging as we only interacted with the staff during that time.

The staff were super friendly and even showed us around the shared kitchen and lovely garden, which was perfect for unwinding after a busy day. We loved our cozy room with a spacious shower and good pressure. Just a heads up, the WiFi connection was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin our experience! 😊
